This Privacy Policy explains how the Submtr mobile app ("Submtr," "we," "us") handles your information. Submtr is the companion app for clients of our done-for-you B2B outbound service. It lets you view the partnership video calls we book for you, see your live pipeline, and reach your strategist.

Information stored on your device

When you log in, the app saves your client access key and dashboard password in your device's encrypted secure storage. This is done so the app can open straight to your dashboard next time without asking you to sign in again.

This information stays on your device. It is sent only to your Submtr dashboard to log you in, over an encrypted connection. We do not use it for any other purpose, and it is removed from your device when you log out or uninstall the app.

Information shown in the app

The app displays your account information, such as booked partnership video calls, the companies and contacts involved, and pipeline figures like businesses contacted, replies, interested leads, and calls booked. This information comes from the systems we already use to deliver your service. The app reads it to show it to you; it does not create new data about you.

Calendar access

If you tap Add on a call, the app asks your permission to add that single event to your calendar. The app only creates the event you choose. It does not read, scan, or store the rest of your calendar.

Contacting your strategist

When you tap to reach your strategist by email or WhatsApp, the app opens that app on your phone with a message started for you. We do not capture or store anything you write there through the app.

Analytics

We may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve its reliability and performance. This may include general, non-identifying usage information such as which screens are opened and basic device type. We do not use this information to advertise to you.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not show third-party advertising in the app.
• We do not share your access key, password, or pipeline data with advertisers.

How your information is protected

Credentials stored on your device are kept in your operating system's encrypted secure storage. Information moving between the app and our systems travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Your choices

• Clear your saved login: tap Log out in the app, or uninstall the app, to remove the access key and password stored on your device.
• Access or delete your account data: contact us at the email below and we will help you access or delete the information associated with your account.

Children

Submtr is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate.
